A new primary kitchen was crafted with an optimized layout and a built-in banquette for casual dining. Instead of paint, a blue stain was applied to custom ash wood cabinetry, accentuating the natural grain for a refined yet inviting look. The second-floor primary bathroom now includes a wet room with a steam shower and radiant floor heating, while the children’s bathrooms were updated with elegant light-toned wall and floor tiles. The powder room was designed with luxurious mosaic tiles and an eye-catching marble counter featuring a distinctive arched apron.

All bedrooms and the family room were redecorated with fresh furniture and decor, adding warmth and character. The garden apartment, used as extra space for family and guests, was refreshed with a lighter-toned kitchen, new countertops, and airy furnishings to brighten the space.

Outside, the backyard received updates with a stained wood fence, a bluestone patio, and refinished decking and railings. Additionally, two exterior terraces were enhanced with new drainage systems and durable porcelain flooring.

This renovation also included the installation of new staircases, hardwood flooring, custom trim, and stonework, creating a cohesive and stylish home. Located in Park Slope, Brooklyn, this rejuvenated townhouse is ready for the family to enjoy for many years in this vibrant neighborhood.
